The Weird Little World of William Willow

Book, Music and Lyrics by Andrew Fisher
Artwork by Jonathan Edwards

Set against the backdrop of the Paris cabaret theatre at the end of the nineteenth century, William Willow tells an original story about the struggle of the artist, using puppetry, costume and a haunting musical score.

William Willow, is trying to get his puppet plays performed without much success, as he supports himself doing odd jobs at the Chat Noir cabaret in Paris in 1896.

Does the discovery of a new competition help his chances to win the beautiful Etta from his smug, complacent and successful rival Heinrich Hawthorn?

What secret are they hiding?

William Willow was shortlisted for the prestigious S and S Award in 2013.
